Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your items in their original Balterley packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
